Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, an extra fridge, air conditioning and floor heating in the living room and all bedrooms, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open all hours all year round), a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue. Free parking is easy to find on the street, right in front of the house. Pets are allowed upon request. Groups of young people are not allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Towels are included in the price. Pool/beach towels are included in the price. Bed linen is included in the price. The pool service man comes twice a week.
